Portal Cyberheld is a social media hate-detection platform that enables analysis of social media content, case management, and assignment to law firms. The Platform provides tools for monitoring, analyzing, and managing cases related to hate speech and problematic content on social media platforms.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current.
  • Maintain the security of your password and account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform.
  • Use the Platform to transmit any malicious code or harmful content.
  • Misuse or abuse the data and information provided by the Platform.
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cyberheld and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cyberheld shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
